Chooserly
Chooserly lets chance decide. Everyone puts a finger on the screen and it picks, or spin a wheel of names. Here's help with the app and how to reach me.

How do I start a draw?
Open the Touch tab and have everyone put one finger on the screen. Once everyone is in, the rings beat three times and the draw happens. Lift your fingers to start again.
Can it pick more than one person, or make teams?
Yes. Tap the settings icon in the top corner of the Touch screen and choose a mode: one person, several, teams, or a turn order. You can also rank winners 1st, 2nd and 3rd, and change how long the countdown runs.
We're a big group and can't all touch the screen at once.
In the same settings, switch Joining to Tap. Everyone taps the screen once and their marker stays, so you can pass the phone around. Tap a marker again to remove it. Start the draw when everyone is in.
How do I use the wheel and save a list?
Open the Wheel tab, tap the edit button and add at least two names. Give the list a name and save it. Your saved lists are under the lists button, ready to spin again.
Is it really random?
Yes. Every ring looks the same until the draw ends, so nothing hints at the result. The app's draws are tested over tens of thousands of rounds to check that nobody is favoured, both in who wins and in which place they take.
How do I change the theme or turn off vibration and sound?
Open the Settings tab. There you can pick one of six themes and turn vibration and sound on or off.
What happens to my data?
Nothing leaves your device. Chooserly makes no network connections, and your saved name lists are stored only on your iPhone or iPad. Deleting the app deletes them.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 18 or later. The app is available in English and Spanish.
